Named 'World Whisky of the Year' in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2009, Dark sugars give way to smoke and peat before delicious toffee on the finish.
Benriach 15yr dark rum finish
This Benriach was aged in American Bourbon casks to be finished in Jamaican Rum Casks. It is a fantastic interaction between Toffee , Spices and Sultana.
Auchentoshan three wood
The whisky starts its journey in American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry - and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, and plum.
Balvenie 17yr Double wood
The Doublewood expression is initially kept in oak casks and then moved onto the sherry casks to add flavour and depth. Vanilla and honey, green apples.
